A leader is the inspiration for his men. The success of a leader and chief executive officer (CEO) of the company is strongly influenced its ability to create something that does not exist into existence or "ridiculous".
Corporate leaders must be observant to see everything around him becomes more valuable. Not only capture business opportunities, including also the dynamics within the company.

With intelligence emotional quotient, automatic intellectual intelligence quotient (IQ) will increase as its own.
With emotional quotient and intelligence quotient are balanced then the ideas out of the box, and the ability to solve problems will be felt easily. Based on the study, people who do not always easy to calm her emotions and will lower intelligence or IQ. For it mandatory for a leader to explore and balance ability.

One life to live
About ten years ago when I was in Hong Kong Airport, suddenly there are people who shout my name. He is a young woman, very thin, looks less healthy, and implies a deep sadness. But in between the sadness, the rest of the beauty still made an impression on her face.
I wonder why he's calling my name. I feel not know him and have never even met him. Yet, I still welcome and say hello back.
After making small talk for a moment, the woman told me, he is loyal consumers Sariayu cosmetics. He knows me as company owners Sariayu maker.
So what to do with me? Apparently, he wants to pour out his heart over the years. He admitted that he had for days hanging in Hong Kong. Apparently he was a woman victim of trafficking.
Her parents sold her to a man. Understandably, his family was very poor and had to support his many children. As the oldest child and felt compelled to reduce the burden of the parents involved, she resigned just sold to a man she never knew.
Until finally he was exiled in Hong Kong because the man was not interested in him anymore. Well, he asks for help for me to help him find a job so I can earn a living and could return to the Fatherland.
Well, this encounter really made an impression on my mind. As a fellow woman, I empathize and sympathize with the suffering he experienced. For me, the emancipation of women is not just equal rights, but also the right to choose and decide their own fate.
Day and night, I was nervous about the experience in Hong Kong. My inner rebel and sad. Moreover, we know that there are many other women in Indonesia, which suffered a similar fate.
I remember his late father's advice. He advised, the fate of a person will not change if the person is not willing to change their own destiny. But how to change the fate of other women, for the tragic story like that happen to a woman at Hong Kong Airport is not repeated?
I rack my brain to find a way out, until the conclusion, many women become victims of trafficking because it did not have the skills and education.
I was determined to establish special schools for women. Because the background expertise in the field of cosmetics and body care, beauty care for schools of my choice. This is why I founded Balisari Spa & Training Center. This is my dedication to women in Indonesia.
We receive a lot of young women from various regions who dropped out of school or less capable. They live in the dorms and get a monthly allowance.
There are two main points taught in Balisari, namely, provision of personal care skills. No less important, mental stock that are not easily tempted and mired in the black valley.
I pass on positive principles; DJITU, stands for Discipline, Honest, Innovative, Diligent and Ductile. For me, DJITU is the principle of true female beauty.
Well, if you've graduated, they are free to seek employment or become a therapist at Martha Tilaar spa network. Until now, Balisari has graduated 6,000 people, and many who work in the spa abroad.

be humble man

Often people ask what is the key to success in business. For me is simple. Relationships and reputation is key, especially in business services such as travel agents that we wrestled.
With relations and good name, then by itself be a good brand. This is capital that is priceless.
Good name and close relationship with customers and business partners will we get if all people in our company provide good service.
Since my business starting from scratch in the early 1960s to the Panorama develop like now, my principles remain the same: the customer is the king, and the king can do no wrong.
If the king was satisfied, he not only would return, but also to willingly recommend us to family and colleagues. Conversely, if not satisfied, let alone again, he will reveal his dissatisfaction with it to many people.
Maybe this sounds corny. But until now, this recipe proved efficacious.
The sage said, can be known by its fruit trees. This is true. From the services we provide, people see what our company is credible and whether the services we offer worth buying or not.
To ensure all employees to provide good service, we train all new employees Panorama for three months.
However, training alone is not enough. Far more important to give examples of how to treat the customer as king. Examples are experienced in everyday life will naturally seep and will shape the values (values) and behavior of employees, even our children.
In the past, I often bring their own guests to the airport. If our bus driver suddenly absent, I do not want to let guests disappointed and too late. I am the one who drove the bus.
One time a porter at the airport who said the first time he saw a travel company director who became a driver and picked up the guests luggage.
The porter nicknamed me "the humble man". Get that title, oh, I'm happy, but the most important thing for me is to serve guests. Because they are my customers, so they are the king who should I serve my best.
Until now, if possible, I occasionally pick up the guests at the airport. I also always try to be present at the event briefing with the guests before they left for abroad.
In addition to providing satisfaction and establish a closeness with the customers, I do it as an example for employees and my children who now run the management of Panorama.
It worked. I got to shed a tear reading the preface of the fourth book of my son in my autobiography. They said it could stand as it is now because look at what his father had done. I never taught them baseball have to do this once. They just look at my daily life.
Give me an example continues to do, although now I can not longer active in day-to-day management of the company. Principle I, as leaders, we must set a good example. So, every day I always come to the office discipline at 8 am, and go home at 7 pm.
In front of our office building there is a swimming fish. Each new arrival at the office and before going home, I always feed the fish. Many employees who protested why I did it, but there are office boy or the other employees are ready to do it.
But I have a own goal. I want all employees to understand that if the fish course I noticed, I love to eat, let alone my employees.
