future of mutual funds

Along with the development, mutual funds are no longer viewed as an investment instrument only. Because it believes the investment value will rise in the long term, mutual funds for most investors are treated the same as traditional asset such as land, houses and buildings that are stored in the long term.

Over this period, anything can happen. It could be the value of investing in mutual funds were increased significantly so that the investor can enjoy a comfortable retirement life. Can also be the value of these investments turned out to losses so investors are forced to bite the fingers. Can also turned out after retirement, apparently the result of the operations (business) or a company where you work provides a very lucrative retirement package so that basically no return on investment than any mutual fund, you can enjoy retirement comfortably.

If you find that the investment in mutual funds is greater than demand, then the huge possibility that the investment of the mutual fund wants us to pass on to future generations. The question is whether mutual funds can be inherited?

In fact

To answer these questions, infovesta.com have time to do a small survey to the dealer bebepara either the Bank or the Investment Manager. The survey was not done to the company, but by directly asking the sales or marketing staff concerned. The assumption is that people will be dealing with investors.

From the results of the survey, basically mutual funds CAN be inherited. It's just that there are provisions that must be made such as:

1. If investors want to specify a procedure for the provision and distribution of inheritance, then there is the letter's will made by the investor. Terms of wills is not contained in the registration form so that mutual funds must be made separately in front of a notary. The provisions of a will which I think is good enough you can read in www.nyata.co.id.

2. If investors do not have time or have not made a beneficiary, then the reference used by the Death Certificate issued by the office of the local village that shows the heirs of the person concerned.

The principle legacy of mutual funds as well as the principle of inheritance in other assets. However, if there are any questions, especially relating to the legal status, I suggest you should consult with legal experts who are mastering the field.
